Whatever Is In The Garden Stir-Fry



  1. firm vegetables: carrots, onions, celery, green pepper, summer squash and potatoes, sliced (allow 1 c. per serving)
  2. soft vegetables: cabbage (shredded), whole snow peas and tomato (chopped)
  3. beef or chicken or can be meatless
  4. 1 can broth, bouillon or leftover gravy
  5. soy sauce
  6. rice


  1. Put rice on to cook according to directions.
  2. Thinly slice chicken or beef.
  3. Heat wok or large skillet.
  4. Add small amount of oil.
  5. Add meat.
  6. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove.
  7. Set aside.
