- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 10 oz. jar apple jelly
- 28 oz. pizza flavored or regular ketchup
- Mix together chuck, soup mix, egg, Accent and bread crumbs. Form into bite size meatballs.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, mix ketchup and apple jelly until blended.
- Add meatballs, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve in chafing dish.
