Deer Stir-Fry



  1. 1 lb. deer meat, cut in thin strips
  2. 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  3. 1 medium onion, sliced into strips
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 tsp. soy sauce
  7. 2 cloves garlic or substitute with garlic powder
  8. 1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup


  1. Put meat strips in skillet with a little cooking oil and stir until almost done.
  2. Add pepper, onion and garlic and stir occasionally until pepper and onion is sauteed.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until well seasoned.
  4. Serve over rice or alone.
