Meat Balls

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. chopped green pepper
  2. 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  3. 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 envelope onion soup mix
  5. 1 lb. ground beef
  6. 2 c. ketchup
  7. 3/4 c. brown sugar
  8. 1 c. pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Combine milk, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix. Blend well.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Add beef and mix well.
  4. Mixture will be moist.
  5. Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each. Place on a rack.
  6. Broil 5 to 6 minutes; do not turn.
