Healthy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. lite olive oil
  2. 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  3. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  4. 1/2 tsp. sugar
  5. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning (Mrs. Dash or your favorite blend)
  7. 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil, oregano or marjoram or a dash of dried Italian blend

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients; shake well.
