- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 2 pkg. Italian dressing
- 1 small can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- a little garlic (if you desire)
- Brown ground beef; drain. Chop cabbage. Steam or put in soup raw as you like.
- Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer.
