8 Layer Salad
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- In a bowl, layer ingredients as listed.
- Refrigerate overnight; toss 1 hour before serving.
