- 3 c. fresh broccoli florets (can substitute frozen broccoli/cauliflower)
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. fresh
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. crab meat (surimi)
