- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 c. thin sliced potatoes
- Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper.
- Stir in raw potatoes, soup and beans.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
