Creamy Shells With Broccoli And Ham

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb.) box medium size macaroni shells
  2. 1/2 lb. cooked ham
  3. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  5. 1/2 c. margarine
  6. 1 c. heavy cream
  7. 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook shells according to package directions.
  2. Slice or cube ham; cut broccoli into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Saute garlic, ham and broccoli in margarine in a large skillet until broccoli is crisp and tender (approximately 5 minutes).
  4. Stir in cream.
  5. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Lower heat and cook, stirring often, until cheese is melted.
  8. Drain shells and toss with sauce.
  9. Serve.
