Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  2. 1 large can tomatoes (whole)
  3. 1 can tomato soup
  4. 1 small onion, chopped
  5. 2 c. water
  6. 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  7. 1 c. potatoes, cut up and cooked until tender
  8. 1 c. diced celery
  9. 1/4 tsp. salt
  10. 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Add beef, tomatoes, soup and onion in crock-pot.
  2. Add water, frozen vegetables, potatoes and celery.
  3. Add salt and pepper and other spices of preference.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Cook at lowest setting for 4 to 6 hours.
