- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix at low speed until well blended.
- Chill until firm.
- Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
- Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
