Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  1. 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  3. 1 tsp. lemon juice
  4. 2 tsp. grated onion
  5. 1 tsp. dry mustard
  6. 1 tsp. soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tsp. paprika
  8. 1/2 tsp. salt
  9. 2 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix at low speed until well blended.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
  5. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
