Hunter'S Delight

Ingredients

  1. 1 Tbsp. butter
  2. 1 Tbsp. onion
  3. 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  4. 2 tsp. salt
  5. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  6. 1 (20 oz.) can cream-style corn
  7. 1/2 c. milk
  8. 1 qt. sliced pared potatoes

Directions

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add meat and seasonings.
  4. Cook until browned.
  5. Add corn and milk.
  6. Put potatoes in a 2-quart casserole; cover with meat mixture.
  7. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
