Lemon Jello Vegetable Salad
- 1 box lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. grated cabbage
- 1/2 c. small chopped celery
- 1/4 c. grated carrot
- 1/8 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
- Mix box of jello with the cup of boiling water.
- Mix until dissolved.
- Add cold water.
- Let jell slightly, then add all other ingredients.
- Mix and jell in a flat, 1 1/2-quart dish.
- Cut into squares to serve on a lettuce leaf.
