Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  1. 2 cans or jars artichoke hearts
  2. 1 c. mayonnaise
  3. 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Drain artichokes and chop.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
  3. After well mixed, bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
  4. Serve with crackers.
