Pear-Lime Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, undrained
  2. 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  3. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  4. 1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt

Directions

  1. Drain pears, reserving juice.
  2. Bring juice to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Let cool slightly.
  6. Coarsely chop pear halves. Combine cream cheese and yogurt; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
  7. Add gelatin and beat well.
  8. Stir in pears.
  9. Pour into an oiled 4-cup mold or Pyrex dish.
  10. Chill.
