Quick Cream Of Broccoli Soup



  1. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
  2. 1 envelope Lipton chicken soup mix with diced white chicken meat
  3. 3 1/2 c. milk
  4. 1 Tbsp. flour


  1. In medium saucepan bring 3 cups milk and broccoli to boiling, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in soup mix and flour blended with remaining milk.
  3. Bring to boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until soup is slightly thickened and broccoli is tender.
