Broccoli Rice Casserole
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 rib chopped celery
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and well drained
- 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. cheez Whiz
- dash of Tabasco
- pepper to taste
- Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
- Combine onions and celery with remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350°.
- Better if prepared a day ahead.
- Freezes well.
