Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  1. 3 c. cooked and diced chicken
  2. 1 small pkg. frozen Veg-All
  3. 1 c. chicken broth
  4. 1 c. cream of celery soup
  5. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. 1 c. self-rising flour
  8. 1 c. milk
  9. 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Grease shallow 2-quart dish.
  2. Place vegetables and chicken in dish.
  3. Stir together broth, soup, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Combine flour, milk and margarine.
  6. Stir until smooth. Pour over mixture.
  7. Bake in 400° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
