Hot Cheese Balls
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Have cheese and oleo at room temperature.
- Mix well together with your hands, then add other ingredients.
- Roll in 1-inch balls. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
