Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. nuts
Directions
- Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in well-greased and floured pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool.
- Makes 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) layers.
