No-Fat Added Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 3 oz. each)
  2. vegetable cooking spray
  3. 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  5. 1 tsp. dried thyme
  6. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  7. 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  8. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  10. 3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Rinse chicken with cold running water; blot dry with paper towels.
  3. Coat nonstick baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
