Skillet Beef And Macaroni

Ingredients

  1. 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  2. 1/2 c. chopped onion
  3. 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  4. 1 c. water
  5. 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
  6. 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  7. 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 tsp. salt
  9. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  10. 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion until the meat is browned and onion is tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally, adding additional water if needed.
  6. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
