- 3/4 c. rice (without salt)
- 1 small can pineapple, drained
- sugar to taste
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- miniature marshmallows
- Cook rice. Drain off excess water.
- While hot, mix in drained pineapple. Add sugar to taste.
- Let set until cold.
- Whip the cream and fold into rice.
- Add a few marshmallows, if you like.
