- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- nonstick vegetable cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- Saute the onion in the butter until translucent.
- Add the potatoes and combine.
- Add the lemon juice, thyme and salt.
- Mix well.
