Herb Butter

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 lb. Heritage butter, room temperature
  2. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  3. 3 Tbsp. fresh herb parsley
  4. 3 Tbsp. taragon basil
  5. salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cream butter and lemon juice.
  2. Beat in herbs, salt and pepper and chill.
  3. Use on corn-on-the-cob or other vegetables.
