Pork Chop Dinner
- 5 or 6 pork chops
- sliced potatoes (thick)
- sliced fresh mushrooms, drained (canned mushrooms are okay)
- Layer ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Pour envelope of dry onion soup and 2 cups of water over top.
- (For richer broth, add another envelope of onion soup and one more cup of water.)
- Lay foil over top and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
