Easy Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/4 c. (No. 2 can) tomato juice
- 1 can tomato paste (2/3 c.)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 pkg. spatini
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Saute onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until soft; add meat and seasonings.
- Brown lightly.
- Blend in remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
