- 1 lb. lean, boneless pork tenderloins, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Combine olive oil and garlic in blender or food processor. Process, then add rosemary and whirl 1 minute more.
