Pickled Bologna

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 qt. white vinegar
  2. 1/2 c. sugar
  3. 1 tsp. salt
  4. 1 tsp. pickling spice

Directions

  1. Boil ingredients together for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove skin from 2 rings bologna--slice--pack in a glass jar. Pour hot syrup over meat.
  3. Put lid on jar and refrigerate.
  4. Ready to use the next day. Can also use small party hotdogs.
