Nutty Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
  2. 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
  3. 2 tsp. paprika
  4. 1/2 tsp. salt
  5. 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  6. 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  7. 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up or 6 breasts
  8. 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  9. 1/3 c. melted margarine

Directions

  1. In shallow mixing dish, combine biscuit mix, pecans and seasoning.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Dip chicken in milk.
  4. Coat generously with pecan mixture.
