Sherried Beef

Ingredients

  1. 3 lb. chuck cubes
  2. 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  3. 2 cans cream of celery soup
  4. 3/4 can sherry (dry)

Directions

  1. Mix the onion soup mix, celery soup and sherry; pour over meat in large casserole or roasting pan.
  2. Cover; bake at 325° for 3 hours.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add water if needed.
  5. Quick and easy!!
