- 40 marshmallows
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 2 glasses pimento cheese
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- walnuts (optional)
- Cream cheese and add pineapple.
- Slice in marshmallows and nuts.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Put in cupcake holders in muffin tins.
- Will keep up to 6 months.
