Holiday Broccoli

Ingredients

  1. 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
  2. 1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  3. 2 (10 1/2) cans condensed cream of celery soup
  4. 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  5. strips of pimento

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli with bouillon cubes and water until just tender. Heat celery soup.
  2. Pour hot soup over broccoli.
  3. Garnish with cheese and pimento.
  4. Serve at once.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
