Spinach Layer Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. bag spinach
  2. 4 hard-boiled eggs
  3. 1 can real bacon bits
  4. 1 (8 oz.) box frozen peas
  5. 1 red onion
  6. 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  7. 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  8. 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Wash spinach; let dry.
  2. Place layer of broken up spinach in glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Pour bacon bits over; pour in peas.
  5. Slice bits of red onion on top.
  6. Mix mayo and sour cream together, then frost top like cake.
  7. Grate Swiss cheese on top.
  8. Refrigerate 24 hours.
