Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook frozen vegetables 15 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Cook for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
