Chicken, Broccoli And Cheese Casserole



  1. 2 bunches fresh broccoli
  2. 4 large chicken breasts
  3. 1 can broccoli and cheese soup
  4. 1/2 can milk
  5. 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese


  1. Boil chicken breast off of bone; salt and pepper.
  2. Remove skin.
  3. Boil broccoli in 1/2 cup of water 2 minutes and drain. Cube chicken; mix broccoli, cheese soup and milk together.
  4. Pour in bottom of dish.
  5. Put drained broccoli on top of chicken mixture.
  6. Add finely grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in a 350° oven until cheese melts.
