Dill Rye Bread Dip



  1. 1 pt. sour cream
  2. 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  3. 2 tsp. Beau Monde
  4. 2 tsp. dill weed
  5. 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no Miracle Whip)
  6. 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  7. 3 pkg. corned beef lunch meat
  8. 1 round rye bread


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Tear all the meat into small pieces and mix into dip.
  3. Cut round circle in top of bread and remove like a lid.
  4. Dip inside of bread out and save.
  5. Pour dip into hollowed out bread.
  6. Place bread on a platter and put your bread saved around the bread dip.
