Peaches And Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 c. flour
  2. 1 tsp. baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp. salt
  4. 3 Tbsp. butter
  5. 1/2 c. milk
  6. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  7. 3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  8. 1 lb. can peaches (reserve 2 Tbsp. juice)
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1/2 c. sugar
  11. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  12. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine and beat 2 minutes the flour, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, egg and pudding.
  2. Pour into 9-inch greased pie plate.
  3. Drain peaches; place on batter.
