Cheese And Chilies
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Add green chilies and mix well. Add grated Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
- Pour into 8x9-inch square pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 mins. or until bubbly and brown on top.
- Serve with crackers.
