- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 pkg. (approximately 20) saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 tsp. butter, divided
- pepper to taste
- Mix together both cans of corn, crackers, egg, 2 teaspoons of melted butter and pepper and place in a buttered baking dish.
- Dot with remaining 4 teaspoons of butter.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
