Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  1. 1 can cream-style corn
  2. 1 can whole kernel corn
  3. 1/2 pkg. (approximately 20) saltine crackers, crushed
  4. 1 egg, beaten
  5. 6 tsp. butter, divided
  6. pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix together both cans of corn, crackers, egg, 2 teaspoons of melted butter and pepper and place in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Dot with remaining 4 teaspoons of butter.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
