Maple-Bacon Oven Pancake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. syrup
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat all ingredients except bacon and 1 cup cheese with hand beater. Pour into pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle pancake with bacon and cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is melted (3 to 4 minutes).
- Serves 8 to 10.
