Quick Spanish Rice Casserole
- 2 cans Brown Beauty Spanish rice
- 1 or 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder (if desired)
- Brown meat and onion.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add rice and beans; heat to boiling and put in casserole.
- Top with cheese and serve with Doritos and a salad.
- Great for camping.
