Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- cinnamon-sugar
- powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. rum
Directions
- Beat first 6 ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Then add cake mix and pudding.
- Beat for 2 additional minutes.
- Grease Bundt pan.
- Pour in batter.
- Dust top with cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
- When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
