Pickled Squash

Ingredients

  1. 8 c. sliced squash
  2. 8 c. sliced onions
  3. 5 bell peppers, sliced
  4. 1 c. salt in 1 gal. water
  5. 2 c. vinegar
  6. 3 c. sugar
  7. 2 tsp. mustard seed
  8. 2 tsp. celery seed
  9. 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

  1. Soak squash, onions and peppers in salt water 1 hour.
  2. Drain and rinse well.
