Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 2 c. persimmon pulp
  2. 2 c. sugar or less
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 c. milk or cream
  5. 1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
  6. 2 tsp. cinnamon
  7. pinch of cloves
  8. pinch of salt
  9. 1 tsp. soda
  10. 1 tsp. baking powder
  11. 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Melt margarine in large rectangular pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients together; add melted margarine.
  4. Mix. Pour batter into pan margarine was in.
  5. Bake one hour at 325°.
