Sausage And Egg Quiche

Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown sausage and drain off fat.
- Beat eggs.
- Add in cheeses and sausage.
- Pour into pie shells.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
