- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
- Melt margarine, cheese and soup until creamy.
- Add rice, onion and broccoli.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
