Skillet Barbecue Beans
- 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) envelope barbecue flavored seasoning and coating mix (for pork)
- Cook sausage, onion and green pepper in a large skillet until sausage browns and crumbles. Drain.
- Stir in beans and seasoning mix.
- Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
