Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup



  1. Chicken, cooked and deboned, save broth
  2. 1 box garlic, chopped
  3. 2 bunches green onions, chopped fine
  4. 1 bunch parsley, chopped fine, but not the stems
  5. 1 medium onion, chopped
  6. 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  7. 1 can chicken broth
  8. 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles


  1. After chicken is cooked, place the rest of the ingredients in the left over broth, except the noodles.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil. Simmer until onions are done, then add noodles.
  3. Cook until noodles are done.
  4. This makes a large pot of soup, for about 10.
